Termination of non-commercially available Mobile Telephony Plans:

Primetel PLC (“Primetel”) informs you that from February 1, 2022, is proceeding with the abolition of the non-commercially available programs "Unlimited" and "Mobile Basic".

All existing subscribers of the "Unlimited" and "Mobile Basic" mobile plans will be automatically transferred to the nearest "SMART BASIC, GIGA SMART and GIGA UNLIMITED" mobile plans and will enjoy more minutes, SMS and MB.

Subscribers who wish to choose transfer to a specific plan, can contact Primetel customer service until 31/01/2022.

(3) It is noted that in the case that any Subscriber does not accept any amendment, he is eligible to terminate the Agreement, without any penalty (excluding any device subsidy or discount on fixed monthly charges or other benefit from any Primetel’s offer) by giving a written notice to Primetel, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, in which it will be stated that the reason for terminating is the non acceptance of the amendments specifying which amendment or amendments he does not accept.
