Termination of non-commercially available Mobile Telephony Plans

Primetel PLC (“Primetel”) informs you that from 1^st of November 2022, is proceeding with the abolition of the GIGA SMART S, M, L and XL programs which will become non-commercially available

All existing subscribers of the "GIGA SMART " mobile plans gradually will be transferred to the nearest " SMART " and “GIGA UNLIMITED” mobile plans and will enjoy more minutes, SMS and MB starting from the 1^st of November 2022 or from the 1^st of December 2022.

Subscribers who wish to choose transfer to a specific plan, can contact Primetel customer service before 31/10/2022.

Notes:

(1) All the above rates include 19% V.A.T. (2) The new rates will be uploaded on Primetel’s website www.primetel.com.cy on their effective date. (3) It is noted that in the case that any Subscriber does not accept any amendment, he is eligible to terminate the Agreement, without any penalty (excluding any device subsidy or discount on fixed monthly charges or other benefit from any Primetel’s offer) by giving a written notice to Primetel, within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the present announcement, in which it will be stated that the reason for terminating is the non acceptance of the amendments specifying which amendment or amendments he does not accept.
