watchOS 11 is now available in Cyprus with many new features

After several months of public beta testing, watchOS 11, the latest version of Apple's wristwatch operating system, is finally accessible to the general public.

WatchOS 11 introduces the long-awaited ability to pause your activity rings without interrupting your streaks. Apple allows you to halt activities for one day, a week, a month, or even longer. This will come in helpful if you're sick or injured and need to rest. Additionally, watchOS 11 allows users to set activity goals for each day of the week.

Every morning, your Apple Watch can display the new Vitals UI, which includes detailed information about your body acquired while you slept. Another new UI, Training Load, allows you to monitor your workouts and their effects on your body over time.

There is also a new Photos watch face that employs machine learning to evaluate your images and select the finest ones for a flawless watch face.

Other updates in watchOS 11 include new pregnancy tracking and a more intelligent Smart Stack, which sorts widgets automatically based on time, location, and other factors. In terms of widgets, watchOS 11 includes weather notifications, training load, photos, distance, and Shazam. Apple Watch may also track distance and route for other workouts, such as rowing. Finally, there are two new apps: Tides and Translate.

  • Apple Watch Series 10
  • Apple Watch Ultra
  • Apple Watch Ultra 2

To update your Apple Watch to the most recent watchOS, you must have an iPhone Xs or later—that is, any iPhone compatible with iOS 18.Update your iPhone to iOS 18 first, then navigate to the Watch app > General > Software updates.
