1. The offer Sports TV for the first 12 months 2024 of Primetel PLC (hereinafter referred to as "Primetel") is valid from 17/10/2024 to 30/11/2024, with a 24-month commitment (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer").

2. The Subscribers who will opt for the Offer will be benefited from a discount up to 100% on the monthly fixed fee for Internet  services for the first 12 months and lower discount on the monthly fixed fee for Internet Services for the rest months of the contract duration, based on the programme they have selected (hereinafter the “Offer Duration).

3. The Offer is exclusively addressed to:

A. all new subscribers, who choose to subscribe to the packages of Internet and Primetel TV as specified in art. 4 herein, with a 24-month contract commitment upon signing their contract at a Primetel store.

4. The Offer concerns the following service packages:

Internet services with 20 Mbps, 30 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 80 Mbps and 100 Mbps as well as Fiber Home services with  200Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps and 1Gbps in combination with one of the TV packages Cyprus Sports, Premium, Premium Extra or Full Pack with 24 month commitment.

5. Subscribers receiving the Offer will receive discount up to 100% on monthly fee for the first 12 months of Contract Duration, for the Internet, based on the programme they have selected. Moreover, a Subscriber who will choose one of the above packages will benefit from a free TV activation.

6. The Offer applies as long as the selected combination of Internet and TV services remains the same for the entire Offer duration. In the event of a change of package the relevant Offer shall cease to be valid and the prices published on the Pricelist for Internet and/or TV services will apply. In the event, the Subscriber, during the contract, chooses to downgrade the Internet speed or the TV Package he / she has initially selected, he / she will incur an “Internet Speed Downgrade Administrative Fee” of 20 € including VAT and / or the “TV package Downgrade Administrative Fee” of 20 € including VAT respectively.

7. After the expiration of the Offer Duration (24 months), the monthly fixed charges will apply, based on Primetel’s published pricelist at the time.

8. It is clarified that this Offer is only available for residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Primetel is entitled to assess the subscriber’s creditworthiness and solvency before the signature of any contract and in case that is considered unsatisfactory, the subscriber will not be able to benefit from this Offer.

9. The Offer does not include any one-off charges and/or monthly charges arising from usage, and/or additional upgrades that the subscriber may choose beyond the monthly charges of the basic combination package of the Offer (Internet and TV).

10. In order to activate the services, the subscribers will be charged with the relevant activation and / or registration fee as referred in the published pricelist of Primetel, excluding the cost of TV activation subject to clause 5 herein.

11. The Offer can be combined with Primetel’s current offers in mobile telephony but not with other offers and/or promotions for the Internet or/and Tv Packages.

12. Subscribers that choose to combine under the same package of this Offer at least one GIGA Smart or GIGA Unlimited Mobile Telephony plan, will be benefited from an extra discount on the monthly fixed fee for Internet services for the Offer Duration. The extra discount, applies as long as the selected combination of Internet, TV and Mobile services remains the same for the entire Offer Duration.

13. The General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Primetel’s Services (“GTC”) apply as well as the Special Terms and Conditions governing the GIGA SMART and GIGA UNLIMITED plans, Internet Services and the TV packages, as applicable. In case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between GTC and these terms, the latter will prevail.

14. In case of early termination of the Service Agreement, before the expiration of the twenty four (24) month period, Terms for Early Termination of the Customer Service Agreement shall apply.

1. The subsidy is offered to natural persons for a single connection to a specific postal address.
2. The Offer is provided within the framework of the "Broadband Connectivity Subsidy Plan" of the Department of Electronic Communications (DEC) of the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy (DMRID). Relevant information can be found at the link https://gigavoucher.dmrid.gov.cy/, (hereinafter the "Plan").
3. The provision of the subsidy requires approval by the Department of Electronic Communications.
4. The personal data of those who wish to benefit from the Offer will be provided to DEC, DMRID and/or any other competent authority based on the terms of the Plan.
5. The Offer/grant is valid for new subscribers and existing subscribers who meet the criteria listed on the page of the Department of Electronic Communications https://gigavoucher.dmrid.gov.... and provided that they enter into a service contract with a 24-month commitment, as referred to in term 10.
6. New connections with a speed of 200Mbps and above in the Fiber network and existing connections with a speed of less than 100Mbps that will be upgraded to a speed of 200Mbps and above in the Fiber network may benefit from the subsidy plan.
7. The total amount of the subsidy amounts to €120 for one year.
8. The subsidy will be deducted from the subscriber's monthly bill as a deduction from the monthly fee.
9. In case of temporary disconnection, transfer of service or early termination, the subsidy is automatically terminated and the monthly fees, as posted on Primetel’s website, apply. The subscriber cannot benefit from the Offer again.
10. The Offer is valid only for Primetel Home Fiber 200Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps & 1Gbps services with or without TV service, for applications submitted within the validity period of the Plan or until coupons are exhausted, as announced from time to time by DEC.
11. The Offer cannot be combined with other promotions and/or discounts from Primetel, but only with the following offers:
a) For new Subscribers with Home Fiber https://primetel.com.cy/intern...

12. The Subscriber reserves the right to add any additional service, the cost of which will be paid without any discount due to the Subsidy Plan.
13. Primetel reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Offer without prior notice.
14. Primetel’s General Terms and Conditions of Service ("GTC") apply. In the event of a contradiction and/or difference between the GTC and these terms, the provisions of these terms shall prevail.
15. All new Subscribers participating in the subsidy plan will receive an additional 100% discount on the once off service registration and installation fees, while existing subscribers will receive a 100% discount on the migration fee of their Fiber network connection
16. Primetel reserves the right to reject any application at its own discretion.
17. All prices include VAT.
