1. The subsidy is offered to natural persons for a single connection to a specific postal address.
2. The Offer is provided within the framework of the "Broadband Connectivity Subsidy Plan" of the Department of Electronic Communications (DEC) of the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy (DMRID). Relevant information can be found at the link https://gigavoucher.dmrid.gov.cy/, (hereinafter the "Plan").
3. The provision of the subsidy requires approval by the Department of Electronic Communications.
4. The personal data of those who wish to benefit from the Offer will be provided to DEC, DMRID and/or any other competent authority based on the terms of the Plan.
5. The Offer/grant is valid for new subscribers and existing subscribers who meet the criteria listed on the page of the Department of Electronic Communications https://gigavoucher.dmrid.gov and provided that they enter into a service contract with a 24-month commitment, as referred to in term 10.
6. New connections with a speed of 200Mbps and above in the Fiber network and existing connections with a speed of less than 100Mbps that will be upgraded to a speed of 200Mbps and above in the Fiber network may benefit from the subsidy plan.
7. The total amount of the subsidy amounts to €120 for one year.
8. The subsidy will be deducted from the subscriber's monthly bill as a deduction from the monthly fee.
9. In case of temporary disconnection, transfer of service or early termination, the subsidy is automatically terminated and the monthly fees, as posted on Primetel’s website, apply. The subscriber cannot benefit from the Offer again.
10. The Offer is valid only for Primetel Home Fiber 200Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps & 1Gbps services with or without TV service, for applications submitted within the validity period of the Plan or until coupons are exhausted, as announced from time to time by DEC.
11. The Offer cannot be combined with other promotions and/or discounts from Primetel, but only with the following offers:
a) For new Subscribers with Home Fiber https://primetel.com.cy/internet-offer-with-discounted-price-for-12-months-el
b) For new and existing subscribers with Home Fiber and TV Service https://primetel.com.cy/basic-or-sports-tv-offer-2021-el
12. The Subscriber reserves the right to add any additional service, the cost of which will be paid without any discount due to the Subsidy Plan.
13. Primetel reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Offer without prior notice.
14. Primetel’s General Terms and Conditions of Service ("GTC") apply. In the event of a contradiction and/or difference between the GTC and these terms, the provisions of these terms shall prevail.
15. All new Subscribers participating in the subsidy plan will receive an additional 100% discount on the once off service registration and installation fees, while existing subscribers will receive a 100% discount on the migration fee of their Fiber network connection
16. Primetel reserves the right to reject any application at its own discretion.
