1. General
The following terms govern the use of the Primetel TV service (=hereinafter referred to as the "Service") through the application (Smart TV App). The Service through the Smart TV App provided by Primetel offers Primetel TV subscribers the opportunity to watch ("Primetel TV content") through the application on Smart TVs(Smart TVs), provided there is a stable Primetel internet connection or via the Primetel Plug n Play TV service.
2. Access Method
The Service through the application on Smart TVs (=hereinafter "Smart TV App") is provided to existing or new residential Primetel TV subscribers (=hereinafter "the Subscriber") as an alternative means of accessing the basic Service (which is currently provided through the fixed broadband network of Primetel and using a decoder (Set-Top-Box)). An exception is the Plug n Play TV service, where internet access via Primetel is not required. The content displayed through the Service is determined by Primetel and communicated to the Subscriber through its website at the addresses https://primetel.com.cy/find-tv-bundle and https://primetel.com.cy/home-fiber-tv-bundle.
Adult content is not available through the Smart TV App.
The Smart TV App is provided in three versions depending on the type of Smart TV:
Android Application: For Android Smart TVs and available on the Google Play Store with Android TV software version 7 or newer.
Samsung Application: For Samsung Smart TVs and available on the Samsung App Store with Tizen 4.0 software or newer.
LG Application: For LG Smart TVs and available on the LG Content Store with WebOS4+ software and must be FHD or UHD.
The Service through the Smart TV App is governed by the "General Agreement for the Provision of Electronic Services" of Primetel and the "Special Terms" of the Primetel TV service and the Plug n Play TV service. 3. Subscription Packages and Prices
i) The service through the Smart TV App is provided through the main packages Basic, Family, Cyprus Sports, Premium, Premium Extra, and Full TV, and Plug n Play TV.

Primetel reserves the right to revise the fees of its services in accordance with the "General Agreement for the Provision of Electronic Services" of Primetel and the "Special Terms" of the Primetel TV service.
4. Operation of the Smart TV App Service
The Service through the TV App and the content displayed through it are intended exclusively for home packages only through the subscriber's fixed line or any other line he/she may own under the same account (Customer ID), except of Plug n Play TV service, and not for commercial use. During the subscription to the Service through the TV App, the Subscriber is provided with limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable access and viewing rights. Public display of the Service through the TV App is not permitted.
Viewing of the content of the service through the Smart TV App is possible in areas within the jurisdiction of the Republic of Cyprus, where the content is licensed and within the framework of EU Regulation 2017/1128.
The use of the Service through the Smart TV App by minors is only allowed with the consent of their guardian.
With the basic packages (Basic, Family, Cyprus Sports, Premium, Premium Extra, Full TV, and Plug n Play TV), the option of registering one (1) television device is provided.
For more than one (1) viewing points, the "Additional Viewing Package" is available at a cost of €6/month for one (1) additional viewing point for speeds up to 30Mbps or up to three (3) additional viewing points for speeds of 30 Mbps and above. In the Plug n Play TV service, there is no option for additional viewing points. In case the Subscriber has purchased the "Additional Viewing Package," the televisions in the household can operate simultaneously as long as they are connected on the same fixed broadband network or individual networks under the same Customer ID.

The Smart TV App Service allows content viewing on devices supporting the software of the Primetel TV Service. This software, as well as the functions and capabilities of the Service through the Smart TV App, may vary depending on the device. Updated information can be found at https://primetel.com.cy/home.
The minimum internet speed for the proper operation of the service is 20Mbps.
The Subscriber agrees to automatically receive upgrades to the application of the Service through the Smart TV App.
The Subscriber agrees not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, present, publish, license, create derivative content, offer for sale, or use (except as expressly permitted under these Terms of Use) the content and information contained or received from the Service through the Smart TV App.
Additionally, the Subscriber agrees not to bypass, disable, modify, deactivate, downgrade, or suspend content protection functions of the Service through the Smart TV App, not to use robots, detection (spider), data extraction, or other automated means to access the Service through the Smart TV App, not to engage in reconstruction, decompilation, or disassembly of any software or other products or processes with access to the Service through the Smart TV App, not to introduce codes or products, or alter the content of the Service through the Smart TV App in any way, as well as not to use data scraping, data collection, or extraction methods. The Subscriber also agrees not to upload, publish, email, or otherwise send material designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment related to the Service through the Smart TV App, including software viruses or other computer code, files, or programs. In case of violation of these terms of use or engagement in illegal or malicious use of the Service, Primetel may suspend or limit the use of the Service through the Smart TV App and take all necessary legal measures.
5. Credentials (Username and Password) to the Primetel TV Application via Smart TV App
The username and password used for the Subscriber to access the Service through the Smart TV App will be sent to the Subscriber upon activation of the Service via SMS.
The password is combined with the username (username) for access to the Primetel TV Service.
To maintain control of the account and prevent others from accessing the account, the Subscriber must monitor the devices supporting the Service through the TV App, which are used to access the Service, and not disclose the username and password to third parties.
The Subscriber is responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information provided to Primetel.
Primetel reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service in order to protect the Subscriber, the Service, or its partners from misleading actions.
