1. The Mobile Telephony, “Device 2026” of Primetel PLC (hereinafter «Primetel») applies from 20/03/2026 until 15/04/2026, on 24 month contract commitment (hereinafter “offer duration”), (hereinafter the «Offer»).
2. Subscribers who will receive the Offer, based on the GIGA UNLIMITED 5G or International Traveller 5G plan of their choice, will be able to benefit from discount on the monthly fee for the entire contract duration, thus 24 months, as shown in the table below

It is hereby clarified that in the event of stock exhaustion, Primetel may replace the aforementioned devices with other devices for the purpose of the Offer. It is clarified that the subscriber cannot change the device selected during their application with a different device.
Subscribers will only receive the device, upon completing the contract procedure, subject to availability, from the store where they signed their contract and with the demonstration of their identification card or passport. The subscribers that are going to opt for the Offer online either through Primetel’s website ,primetel.com.cy, or through the application My Primetel App will receive the device via courier after the activation of their services.
It is clarified that the device will be available for collection by the subscriber for a period of sixty (60) calendar days, which commences from the day of activation of the services.
In case the Subscriber does not collect and /or receive the device within the 60 calendar days period due to reasons attributable to him/her, the right to obtain the device will be forfeited.
3. The Offer “Device 2026”, as stated in article 2 and based on the GIGA UNLIMITED 5G or International Traveller 5G of your choice, is addressed exclusively to:
a. New subscribers who will transfer an existing active (contract or prepaid) mobile number to any Primetel GIGA UNLIMITED 5G or International Traveller 5G Mobile Phone Plan with a 24-month contract commitment when applying at a Primetel store or online (through My Primetel app or Primetel website: primetel.com.cy) or
b. New subscribers who will subscribe with a new number to any Primetel GIGA UNLIMITED 5G or International Traveller 5G Mobile Phone Plan with a 24-month contract commitment, when applying at a Primetel store or online (through My Primetel app or Primetel website primetel.com.cy) or
c. Existing Primetel mobile subscribers, once their Initial Term has expired, given that they do not already benefit from a Primetel offer and will renew their contract in any of Primetel’s Unlimited Programs with a 24-month contract commitment.
4. It is specified that for the second or any additional subscription to the above GIGA UNLIMITED 5G or International Traveller 5G Mobile Telephony Plans, the subscriber may benefit from a discount on the monthly fee or a discount on the monthly fee and device subsidy based on the GIGA UNLIMITED 5G or International Traveller 5G Program of his choice. In the event, the subscriber has benefited from a device subsidy for the first subscription or with any other offer, he/she cannot be benefited a second time with a device subsidy with this or any other offer.
5. It is hereby specified that subscribers who will opt for the device subsidy will be called to receive their device, only after the activation of the services, by showing their identification card or passport at the shop where they signed their contract. Subscribers who will opt for the Offer with the device subsidy online, through Primetel website primetel.com.cy or My Primetel App will receive their device, only after the activation of the services via courier.
6. It is clarified that the Offer is only available for residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Primetel is entitled to assess the subscriber’s creditworthiness and solvency before the signing of any contract and in case that is considered unsatisfactory, the subscriber will not be able to benefit from this Offer.
7. The Offer does not include any one-off charges and/or monthly charges arising from usage, and/or additional upgrades that the subscriber may choose beyond the monthly charges of the basic package of the Offer.
8. In order to activate the services, the subscribers will be charged with the relevant activation and / or registration fee as referred in the published pricelist of Primetel.
9. The Offer Cannot be combined with other current Primetel’s Mobile Offers.
The Offer can be combined with other current Home Interenet and/or TV Offers of Primetel.
10. Upon expiration of the 24 months of the contract duration the monthly fee as appears on the subscriber contract will apply.
11. The General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) as well as the Special Terms and conditions (“STC”) that apply for the GIGA UNLIMITED plans apply. In case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between GTC and/or STC for GIGA UNLIMITED Plans and/or these terms, these terms will prevail.
12. In case of early termination of the contract for the Provision of Primetel Services, before the expiration of the twenty four (24) month period, Terms for Early Termination of the Customer Service Agreement shall apply and the subscriber is obliged to pay, inter alia and proportionately the remaining value of the device. These amounts are calculated pro rata to the remaining term up to the end of the Agreement and the total duration of the Agreement.
