Terms and Conditions
2. Subscribers who will receive the Offer will be able to benefit from either:
a. a discount on monthly fee, depending on the GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Program of their choice, for the entire duration of the Contract,
or with,
b. subsidy for device and discount on monthly fee , depending on the GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Program of their choice for the entire term of the contract, i.e. 24 months.
3. (I) The âExtended- Xmas Offer 2020â with a discount on the monthly fee based on the GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Plan selected is addressed exclusively to:
(II) It is specified that New Subscribers under categories 3.a. and 3.b. that will complete their application online, through My Primetel app or Primetel website primetel.com.cy, will be able to benefit, inter alia, with ASUS TUF H3 Gaming Headset of a value âŹ89,00 or any other device PrimeTel may choose, based on availability, subject to the non-premature termination of the contract and until the stock is exhausted. The above devices are not available with GIGA SMART S Mobile plan. Primetel will send the device to the Subscriber via courier, along with the SIM card and the copy of the Service Agreement. In case the Subscriber does not collect the free device within 60 calendar days due to his/her own fault, he/she loses the right to acquire it.
4. (Î) Offer âExtended-Xmas Offer 2020â with device subsidy and discount on monthly fee, depending on the GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Program selected is addressed exclusively to:

It is clarified that the subscribers who apply online for GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Mobile Telephony Programs, with the exception of GIGA SMART S, either with a discount on the monthly fee or with a device subsidy, regardless of whether they make more than one online order, can benefit with the ASUS TUF H3 Gaming Headset of a value âŹ89,00 or any other device that PrimeTel will choose (hereinafter the "Device"), only once.
6. It is specified that for the second or any additional subscription to the above GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Mobile Telephony Plans, the subscriber may benefit from a discount on the monthly subscription depending on the GIGA SMART or GIGA UNLIMITED Program of his choice. In the event, the subscriber has benefited from a device subsidy and discount on monthly fee for the first subscription he/she cannot be benefited a second time with a device subsidy and discount on monthly fee.
7. It is hereby specified that subscribers who will opt for the device subsidy and discount on monthly fee, will be called to receive their device, only after the activation of the services, by showing their identity at the shop where they signed their contract. Subscribers who will opt for the device subsidy and discount on monthly fee online, through Primetel website primetel.com.cy will receive their device, only after the activation of the services via courier.
8. It is clarified that this Offer is only available for residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Primetel is entitled to assess the subscriberâs creditworthiness and solvency before the signature of any contract and in case that is considered unsatisfactory, the subscriber will not be able to benefit from this Offer.
9. The Offer does not include any one-off charges and/or monthly charges arising from usage, and/or additional upgrades that the subscriber may choose beyond the monthly charges of the basic package of the Offer
10. In order to activate the services, the subscribers will be charged with the relevant activation and / or registration fee as referred in the published pricelist of Primetel.
11. The Offer cannot be combined with other current Primetelâs Mobile Offers, except with the «Alcatel 1SE 4G». In this case, the terms uploaded on the following links are also applicable:

It is hereby clarified that in the event a Subscriber completed an online application and was benefited by the ASUS TUF H3 Gaming Headset as in clause 3(II), he/she cannot benefit from any of the above two offers.
This Offer can be combined with other current Home Internet and / or TV offers.
12. On the expiration of the twenty four (24) months period, the monthly fixed charges will apply, based on Primetelâs published pricelist at the time.
13. The General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Primetelâs Services (âGTCâ) as well as the
Special Terms and Conditions governing Primetelâs GIGA SMART and GIGA UNLIMITED Plans (âSTC GIGA SMART and GIGA UNLIMITED Plansâ) apply. In case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between GTC and/or STC GIGA SMART and GIGA UNLIMITED Plans and these terms, the latter will prevail.
14. In case of early termination of the Agreement for the Provision of Primetel Services, before the expiration of the twenty four (24) month period, Terms for Early Termination of the Customer Service Agreement shall apply and the subscriber is obliged to pay, inter alia, the remaining value of any amount by which the latter has been subsidized by Primetel to buy any equipment and/or goods. These amounts are calculated pro rata to the remaining term up to the end of the Agreement and the total duration of the Agreement.
