Terms and Conditions

1. The offer Small Business Support of Primetel PLC (hereinafter referred to as "Primetel") is valid from 19/03/2021 to 18/05/2021, with a 24-month commitment (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer").

2. The Subscribers who will opt for the Offer will be benefited from a 50% discount on the monthly fixed fee for Internet until 31/12/2021.

3. The Offer is exclusively addressed to:

A. all new subscribers under a Company name with up to 10 employees, who choose to subscribe specific Internet packages, as specified in art. 4 herein.

B. Existing Primetel Subscribers under a Company name with up to 10 employees, whose existing contract Initial duration has expired and they do not benefit from another Primetel Offer and they wish to renew their contract, opting to subscribe to one of the Internet packages as specified in art.4 herein.

It is clarified that Customer should provide to Primetel, the Certificate of the Company Registration, a certificate from the accounting department proving the number of employees and any other relevant document requested by Primetel proving the legal representation of the Company.

4. It is hereby clarified that the Customers may benefit from the Offer only once. In the event the subscriber benefited from the offer during the first subscription, for any additional subscriptions he / she can not benefit again with the Offer but the normal service charges, according to the published price list of Primetel will apply.

5. The Offer concerns the following service packages:

Internet services with 10 Mbps, 20 Mbps, 30 Mbps and 50 Mbps as well as Fiber services with 100Mbps, 150Mbps and 250Mbps, with 24 month commitment.

6. Subscribers receiving the Offer will receive a 50% discount on monthly fee, for the Internet services, based to the programme of their choice until the 31/12/2021.

7. In the event, the Subscriber, during the 24 month period of the Offer, chooses to downgrade the Internet speed he / she has initially selected, he / she will incur an “Internet Speed Downgrade Administrative Fee” of 20 € including VAT.

8. After the 31/12/2021, and for the entire duration (24 months) of the Offer, the monthly subscription stated in the Subscriber’s contract shall be valid as a list price. After the expiration of the duration of the 24 months period of Offer, the monthly fixed charges will apply, based on Primetel’s published pricelist at the time.

9. It is clarified that this Offer is only available for residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Primetel is entitled to assess the subscriber’s creditworthiness and solvency before the signature of any contract and in case that is considered unsatisfactory, the subscriber will not be able to benefit from this Offer.

10. The Offer does not include any one-off charges and/or monthly charges arising from usage, and/or additional upgrades that the subscriber may choose beyond the monthly charges of Internet package.

11. In order to activate the services, the subscribers will be charged with the relevant activation and / or registration fee as referred in the published pricelist of Primetel.

12. The Offer can be combined with Primetel’s current offers on mobile telephony but not with other offers and/or promotions for the Internet or/and TV Packages.

13. The General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Primetel’s Services (“GTC”) apply as well as the Special Terms and Conditions governing the GIGA SMART and GIGA UNLIMITED plans, Internet Services and the TV packages, as applicable. In case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between GTC and these terms, the latter will prevail.

14. In case of early termination of the Service Agreement, before the expiration of the twenty four (24) month period, as the Offer, Terms for Early Termination of the Customer Service Agreement shall apply.
