Internet Offer with discounted price for 12 months

1. The Offer “Internet with discounted price for 12 months’’ of Primetel PLC (hereinafter “Primetel”) applies from the 12/10/2023 until the 30/11/2023, on an Internet service with a 24-month contract commitment (hereinafter the “Offer”).

2. Subscribers who will receive the Offer will be able to benefit from a discount on the monthly fee for the first twelve (12) months, for the Internet programs 10Mbps, 20Mbps, 30 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 80 Mbps or 100 Mbps and Fiber Home 60Mbps, 100Mbps, 150Mbps, 200Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps or 1Gbps

3. The Offer “Internet with discounted price for 12 months” with a discount on the monthly fee for the first twelve (12) months, is addressed exclusively to:

a. New subscribers who will register in an Internet program of 10Mbps, 20Mbps, 30 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 80 Mbps or 100 Mbps and and Fiber Home 60Mbps, 100Mbps, 150Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps or 1Gbps of Primetel with a 24-month contract commitment, upon signing their contract in a Primetel store or apply online (through My Primetel app or Primetel website: primetel.com.cy).

4. It is clarified that this Offer is only available for residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Primetel is entitled to assess the subscriber’s creditworthiness and solvency before the signature of any contract and in case that is considered unsatisfactory, the subscriber will not be able to benefit from this Offer.

5. The Offer does not include any one-off charges and/or monthly charges arising from usage, and/or additional upgrades that the subscriber may choose beyond the monthly charges of the basic package of the Offer.

6. In order to activate the services, the subscribers will be charged with the relevant activation and / or registration fee as referred in the published pricelist of Primetel. It is clarified that subscribers who apply online (through My Primetel app or Primetel website, primetel.com.cy), will not be charged with the relevant activation and / or registration fee.

7. In case the Subscriber during the Initial Contract period, chooses to downgrade the Internet speed, he will be charged with the “Internet Speed Degradation Administrative Fee” 20 € including VAT.

8. The Offer, may not be combined with other current Internet and / or TV offers.

9. After the expiration of the twelve (12) months and for the remaining duration of the Offer, the monthly subscription as is stated in the subscriber's contract will apply.

10. On the expiration of the twenty-four (24) months period, the monthly fixed charges for Internet services will apply, based on Primetel’s published pricelist at the time.

11. Subscribers that choose to combine under the same package of this Offer at least one GIGA Smart or GIGA Unlimited Mobile Telephony plan, will be benefited from an extra discount on the monthly fixed fee for Internet services for the entire 24 months period. The extra discount, applies to Internet program of 20Mbps and more, or Fiber Home 100Mbps and more, for as long as the selected combination of Internet and Mobile services remains the same for the entire 24 months Duration.

13. The General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Primetel’s Services (“GTC”) apply as well as the Special Terms and Conditions governing the GIGA SMART and GIGA UNLIMITED plans, Internet Services and the TV packages, as applicable. In case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between GTC and these terms, the latter will prevail. In case of early termination of the Agreement for the Provision of Primetel Services, before the expiration of the twenty-four (24) month period, Terms for Early Termination of the Customer Service Agreement shall apply and the subscriber is obliged to pay, inter alia, the remaining value of any amount by which the latter has been subsidized by Primetel to obtain any equipment and/or goods, where applicable. These amounts are calculated pro rata to the remaining term up to the end of the Agreement and the total duration of the Agreement.
