GIGA UNLIMITED and INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER Mobile Plans – Terms & Conditions

1. The included talk time, SMS and mobile internet in Primetel's GIGA UNLIMITED mobile plans can only be used for calls to national networks (landline geographic numbers and mobile numbers), SMS to local networks, and mobile internet while in Cyprus. Calls/SMS to international destinations, premium-rate numbers, special services, and roaming usage are excluded.

2. It is clarified that the GIGA UNLIMITED MAX and INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER plans include 200 and 500 talk minutes respectively to 44 international destinations. These minutes can only be used within the Republic of Cyprus for international calls to mobile and/or landline numbers of 44 countries listed at: https://primetel.com.cy/500-minutes-to-44-international-destinations-terms-conditions. This list may be subject to change. International calls to any premium and/or special services and/or premium-rate numbers and/or special numbers and/or video calls and/or faxes and/or data calls are not included in the package.

The INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER plan additionally includes 3GB of mobile data per month for use in 25 non-EU countries. The list of countries may be subject to change and is posted at: https://primetel.com.cy/z1roam-en

1. Unused talk time, SMS, and MBs do not carry over to the next month.

2. For unlimited internet access offered by the GIGA UNLIMITED and INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER plans, the maximum available speeds per plan are:

• GIGA UNLIMITED: Download 20Mbps / Upload 5Mbps
• GIGA UNLIMITED PLUS: Maximum possible download / upload speeds
• GIGA UNLIMITED MAX: Maximum possible download / upload speeds
• INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER: Maximum possible download / upload speeds

1. A Fair Usage Policy applies to the unlimited internet access. If total usage in a calendar month exceeds 100GB for GIGA UNLIMITED, 150GB for GIGA UNLIMITED PLUS, or 200GB for GIGA UNLIMITED MAX and INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER, Primetel will reduce the connection speed to 1Mbps (download/upload) for the remainder of the month to protect network performance and ensure the best possible experience for all users.

2. It is specifically noted that MBs in GIGA UNLIMITED and INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER plans may only be used on mobile phone devices (smartphones). These are mobile phone plans and cannot be used with other devices like tablets or laptops, for which Primetel offers separate “Internet on Laptop & Tablet” (Mobile Broadband & MiFi) plans.

3. If the included talk minutes and/or SMS and/or MBs are used up within the month, standard charges for the respective Primetel mobile plan will apply.

4. Unlimited use of GIGA UNLIMITED and INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER plans is governed by Primetel's Fair Usage Policy for Mobile Services.

5. Payment of the monthly bill is required via automatic bank direct debit.

6. The General Terms and Conditions of Service Provision by Primetel ("GTC") and the Special Terms and Conditions governing the GIGA UNLIMITED and INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER plans ("STC of GIGA UNLIMITED or INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER Plans") apply. In case of contradiction between the GTC/STC and these terms, these terms shall prevail.

7. A €9.00 mobile connection fee applies for new subscribers.

8. Prices of GIGA UNLIMITED and INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER plans do not include any one-time fees and/or monthly fees incurred from additional services or upgrades selected by the subscriber beyond the base monthly charges.

GIGA UNLIMITED and INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER Mobile Plans with Discounted Monthly Fee

1. These discounted plans are available to all new mobile subscribers with a 24-month commitment.

2. Existing Primetel mobile subscribers may switch to the discounted GIGA UNLIMITED and INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER plans if the original term of their current contract has expired and they renew for 24 months.

3. The discounted rate applies for the first 24 months. Standard charges apply thereafter.

4. These plans cannot be combined with any other Primetel offer.

GIGA UNLIMITED and INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLER Mobile Plans with Device Subsidy

1. Available to new subscribers transferring an active contract mobile number to Primetel with a 24-month commitment. These plans cannot be combined with other offers.

2. Eligible subscribers may receive a device subsidy for predefined devices, while supplies last.

3. Device subsidy is offered only once. Subscribers who already received a device subsidy will only be eligible for a discounted monthly fee on additional subscriptions.

4. Existing Primetel subscribers may receive a device subsidy if their current contract has expired and they renew for 24 months. For subsidy amounts, visit a Primetel service center or call 133.

5. The device subsidy must be redeemed at a Primetel store. Devices will be provided upon activation of services and ID verification at the store where the contract was signed.

6. Device subsidy is only available to residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Creditworthiness is assessed before contract signing; if not satisfactory, the subsidy is not granted.

7. After 24 months, standard charges apply.

8. If the service agreement is terminated early (before 24 months), Primetel’s Early Termination Policy applies. The subscriber must pay a proportional amount of the remaining device subsidy. This amount is calculated based on the remaining contract term.
