1. The offer «Back to School - Tablet Offer 2024» of Primetel PLC (hereinafter referred to as "Primetel") is valid from 04/09/2024 to 30/09/2024 or until stick lasts, whatever comes first, with a 24-month contract commitment (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer").
2. Subscribers receiving the Offer have the option to purchase a Xiaomi Redmi Pad SE Graphite Gray 4/128GB tablet of a value of €199.90 euro (including VAT) or any other device PrimeTel may choose, based on availability and until stocks last, , with twenty four (24) monthly instalments of four euros (€4.00), including VAT, subject to non-early termination of the contract.
Subscribers, upon completion of the contract process and upon activation of all their services, will receive the device subject to availability and presentation of their political identity, from Primetel’s store where they signed their contract.
It is clarified that the device will be available for collection by the Subscriber for a period of sixty (60) calendar days, which begins to count from the date of activation of all the new services. In case the Subscriber does not collect the device within the 60 calendar days period due to his/her own fault, he/she loses the right to acquire it.
3. The Offer is exclusively addressed to:
A. all new subscribers, who choose to subscribe to the packages of Internet and or Primetel TV as specified in art. 4 herein, with a 24-month contract commitment upon signing their contract at a Primetel store and at the same time have a GIGA Smart or GIGA Unlimited Mobile plan.
B. Existing Primetel Subscribers, whose existing contract Initial duration has expired and they wish to renew their contract, with a 24-month contract commitment upon signing their contract at a Primetel store, opting to subscribe to one of the packages of Internet and or Primetel TV as specified in art.4 herein and at the same time have a GIGA Smart or GIGA Unlimited Mobile plan.
4. The Offer concerns the following service packages:
Internet services with 10Mbps, 20Mbps, 30 Mbps, 50 Mbps, 80 Mbps and 100 Mbps as well as Fiber Home services with 100Mbps, 150Mbps, 200Mbps, 300Mbps, 500Mbps and 1Gbps with 24 month commitment in combination with a GIGA Smart or GIGA Unlimited Mobile plan.
5. The Offer applies as long as the selected combination of Internet and TV services remains the same for the entire Offer duration.
6. It is clarified that this Offer is only available for residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Primetel is entitled to assess the subscriber’s creditworthiness and solvency before the signature of any contract and in case that is considered unsatisfactory, the subscriber will not be able to benefit from this Offer.
7. The Offer does not include any one-off charges and/or monthly charges arising from usage, and/or additional upgrades that the subscriber may choose beyond the monthly charges of the basic combination package of the Offer (Internet and or TV and Mobile).
8. In order to activate the services, the subscribers will be charged with the relevant activation and / or registration fee as referred in the published pricelist of Primetel.
9. The Offer can be combined with Primetel’s current offers in mobile telephony, as well as Primetel’s Internet or/and Tv Packages.
10. The General Terms and Conditions for the provision of Primetel’s Services (“GTC”) apply as well as the Special Terms and Conditions governing the GIGA SMART and GIGA UNLIMITED plans, Internet Services and the TV packages, as applicable. In case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between GTC and these terms, the latter will prevail.
11. In case of early termination of the Service Agreement, before the expiration of the twenty four (24) month period, Primetel’s Early Termination of Service Agreement Policy shall apply, and the Subscriber must pay, inter alia, proportionally the remaining value of any amount with which the Subscriber has been subsidized by Primetel with a device subsidy as well as the pro rata value of any device received under the Offer. These amounts are calculated proportionally to the remaining time until the end of the Agreement and the total duration of the Agreement.
