The included call minutes, SMS, and Mobile Internet in Primetel's GIGA SMART Mobile Plans can only be used for calls to national networks (landline and mobile geographic numbers), SMS to local networks, and Mobile Internet usage while in Cyprus. Calls/SMS to international destinations and to special or premium-rate services, as well as roaming usage, are excluded.
Unused call minutes, SMS, and MB within the month do not roll over to the next month.
For unlimited Internet access offered by GIGA SMART Mobile Plans, the maximum available speed per plan is Unlimited.
If the plan's included call minutes and/or SMS and/or MB are exhausted within the month, standard charges of the respective Primetel Mobile Plan apply.
Monthly bill payment is required via automatic bank order.
The General Terms and Conditions for Service Provision by PrimeTel (“GTC”) and the Specific Terms and Conditions governing the GIGA SMART Plans (“STC GIGA SMART”) apply. In case of conflict and/or discrepancy between the GTC and/or STC and these present terms, the provisions of these terms shall prevail.
A mobile service connection fee of €9.00 applies for new subscribers.
GIGA SMART plan prices do not include any one-off charges and/or monthly charges resulting from usage or additional upgrades the subscriber may select beyond the basic GIGA SMART monthly package fees.

Primetel’s GIGA SMART Mobile Plans with a monthly fee discount are available to all new mobile subscribers with a 24-month contract commitment.
Existing Primetel Mobile subscribers may sign up for GIGA SMART plans with a monthly fee discount, provided that the initial term of their existing contract has ended and they renew their contract for 24 months.
The discount on the GIGA SMART plan monthly fee is valid for the first 24 months. After the 24-month period, standard plan charges apply.
GIGA SMART Mobile Plans with a monthly fee discount cannot be combined with any other Primetel offer.
GIGA SMART Mobile Plans with device subsidy are available to new subscribers who transfer an existing active contract mobile number to Primetel with a 24-month commitment. These cannot be combined with any other Primetel offer.
New subscribers transferring an existing active contract mobile number to a GIGA SMART plan may receive any of the predefined subsidized devices, subject to availability.
New subscribers are eligible for a device subsidy only once. If a subscriber has received a device subsidy during their first subscription, they are not eligible for another device subsidy on additional subscriptions but may receive a monthly fee discount instead.
Existing Primetel Mobile subscribers may sign up for GIGA SMART plans with a device subsidy if the initial term of their current contract has expired and they renew their contract for 24 months. Information about the subsidy amount for existing subscribers is available at Primetel service centers or by calling 133.
The device subsidy associated with the chosen GIGA SMART plan can be redeemed at any Primetel store. It is clarified that the device will be provided to subscribers after service activation, upon presentation of their ID at the store where the contract was signed.
The device subsidy is only available to residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Primetel assesses the creditworthiness and reliability of the subscriber before signing any contract, and if it is not deemed satisfactory, the subscriber will not be eligible for a device subsidy.
After the end of the twenty-four (24) months, standard charges of the GIGA SMART Plans apply.
In the event of early termination of the Service Provision Agreement before the end of the twenty-four (24) months, Primetel’s Early Termination Policy applies. The subscriber must pay, among other things, the proportional remaining value of any device subsidy received from Primetel. These amounts are calculated in proportion to the remaining time until the contract’s expiry and the total contract duration.
