It's now official: Samsung Unpacked Event will take place on July 10

Other web publications have already revealed this date, so it isn't really surprising. However, Samsung has made it official. The next major Unpacked media event will take place on Wednesday, July 10.

In its press release, Samsung stated;

The next frontier of Galaxy AI is coming. Prepare to discover the power of Galaxy AI, now infused into the latest Galaxy Z series and the entire Galaxy ecosystem. Get ready for a world of possibilities as we enter a new phase of mobile AI.

This exact event will take place in Paris, France. While this is a departure from Samsung's customary Unpacked locales, such as New York City or South Korea, it is not surprising given that the business is a big Olympic Games sponsor, with the 2024 Summer Olympics taking place in Paris a few weeks after Unpacked.

The mention of Galaxy AI suggests that the corporation may showcase some generative AI developments at the event. Samsung is expected to unveil new foldable smartphones at Unpacked in Paris, including the Galaxy Z Flip6 and Galaxy Z Fold6. The business is set to unveil the Galaxy Watch7 smartwatch and the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra.

Samsung may announce the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra Android tablet and Galaxy Buds3 earbuds during the event. The Galaxy Ring wearable fitness device, previously hinted at the January Unpacked event, may make a complete appearance on July 10.

Rumors also suggest that Samsung may provide further details about the XR headgear, which it initially said was being developed in partnership with Google and Qualcomm back in February 2023.
