Google introduced a new feature in the Gmail app on Android. Users will be able to find emails faster thanks to the new feature, which uses filters to help narrow down search queries and improve Gmail's results.

As soon as you tap on the search bar, the new search filters appear beneath it. You can filter emails by sender, recipient, date, attachment, and other criteria. Simply touch on the corresponding filter and select the appropriate option from the drop-down list to filter your search results based on a specific category. You may use this new tool to search for emails using a combination of filters or combine it with a search query to narrow down the results even more.

The new search filters in Gmail for Android are already available for Workspace users. However, it may reach your phone by the end of October, because it’s rolling out in a staged fashion.
