Can I receive a printed detailed bill by post?

Actually, no.  History of your detailed charges is only available through MyPrimetel and My Primetel APP.

At Primetel, we've stopped sending printed detailed invoices through post for a decade now.  In this way we contribute towards protecting the environment. Above all, we protect your personal data since this information is not exposed on paper.

If you still want a printed detailed invoice, go to 
MyPrimetel.  There is an option to export an excel file showing all the information.
