How can I view my detailed charges?

- Go to My Primetel APP
- Select the “Account” tab
- Click on “View Account”
- Then proceed to “History”

Here you can view your detailed usage.

Use the app's filters to view specific days and services.

No need to wait until the end of the month to view your detailed service usage.
Your charges' history is updated every 10 minutes.
