Automatic payment by bank order (SEPA)

Visit a Primetel shop and bring your IBAN with you.

Automatic payment by credit/debit card

Visit a Primetel shop and register your card for your monthly payments.

Pay through My Primetel APP

Go to My Primetel APP
Select the “Account” tab
Select “View Account”
Then proceed to “My Bills”

Here you can view your outstanding invoices.
Click on “Pay Now” and then follow the instructions to pay by card.

Pay through My Primetel Selfcare

Login to selfcare.primetel.com.cy
Go to "View and pay bills" under the section "My Bills"
Here you can view and pay your bills

Visit Primetel website

On the home page you will find the option Pay my bill

Enter your account details as they appear on the invoice.

You don’t have the invoice number at hand? Just fill in your details and follow the steps.

Find your invoice in your email

On the monthly invoice that you receive in your email, click Online Payment and you will be transferred to our website.
Follow the instructions to pay by card.

At a Primetel shop

Visit a Primetel shop to pay by card or cash.

Before visiting a shop, note that:

Paying online or through a bank order, saves you €2.5 on administrative fees.
You save time and protect the environment by saving car fuel
The only plus of visiting a Primetel shop is our team’s warm smiles : )
