What happens to my services in case of temporary suspension?


Mobile phone


-  you will still receive calls and text messages but you won’t be able to make calls and send text messages. You will also be unable to use your mobile data.

-  if you are abroad, then no service will be available.

-  you can always call the European emergency number 112.

-  you can always contact our call centre on 133.

-  your available minutes, SMS and data won’t be affected and you will be able to use these after your payment has been processed and your services have been reactivated.


Fixed telephony and internet

-  you will still receive calls but you won’t be able to make calls.

-  you won't be able to access the internet.

-  you can always call the European emergency number 112.

-  you can always contact our call centre on 133.
