Just joined Primetel. Why have I received an invoice since I've already paid for the first month?

We've sent you the first month's invoice so that you have a clear picture of your usage and charges.

Your first invoice includes the proportional charge from the day the service was activated until the end of the month. See the date in brackets next to the fixed charges.

The amount you've paid upon registering, appears under "Received Payments".

On the tables found on your invoice, there is a brief summary of the charges as well as the usage of your plan in minutes, SMS, data, out-of-plan charges etc.
