1. The Offer of mobile telephony and/or Fiber Internet and TV ‘Alphamega March 2026 2026”, of Primetel PLC (hereinafter “Primetel”) applies from the 05/03/2026 until the 25/03/2026, on a 24-month contract commitment (hereinafter the “Initial Contract Duration”) (hereinafter the “Offer”).
2. Subscribers who will receive the Offer may benefit for Mobile telephony plan from either:
a. a discount up to 40% on the monthly fee for the whole Initial Contract Duration, depending on the GIGA UNLIMITED 5G or International Traveller 5G Plan of their choice.
or with,
b. subsidy for device and up to 40% discount on monthly fee for the whole Initial Contract Duration, depending on the GIGA UNLIMITED 5G or International Traveller 5G Plan of their choice.
and for Fiber Internet pacages with 500Mbps and 1Gbps in combination with any TV package with 24-month commitment with up to 40% discount on monthly fee for the whole Initial Contract Duration, depending on their choice.
3. The Offer is addressed exclusively to:
a. New subscribers who will transfer an existing active (contract or prepaid) mobile number to any Primetel GIGA UNLIMITED 5G or International Traveller Plan 5G with a 24-month contract commitment by applying at a Primetel.
b. New subscribers who will subscribe with a new number to any Primetel GIGA UNLIMITED 5G or International Traveller 5G Mobile Plan with a 24-month contract commitment, by applying at a Primetel store.
c, New subscribers who choose to subscribe to the packages of Internet and Primetel TV as specified in art. 2 herein, with a 24-month contract commitment upon signing their contract at a Primetel store.
In order to benefit from the exclusive offer, subscribers must present, at the time of registration, the coupon they have received through the mobile app of Αλφαμέγα supermarkets, following purchases of a specified amount made between 05 and 25 March 2026.
The coupon is strictly personal and may be used for registration to one or more Primetel services within one (1) month from the date of its issuance.
4. It is specified that for the second or any additional subscription to the GIGA UNLIMITED 5G or International Traveller 5G Plan, the subscriber may benefit from a discount on the monthly subscription depending on the GIGA UNLIMITED 5G or International Traveller 5G Plan of his choice. In the event, the subscriber has benefited from a device subsidy or device subsidy and discount on monthly fee for the first subscription with this or any other offer he/she cannot be benefited a second time with a device subsidy or device subsidy and discount on monthly fee.
5. It is hereby specified that subscribers who will opt for the device subsidy and discount on monthly fee, will be called to receive their device, only after the activation of the services, by showing their identity at the shop where they signed their contract.
6. It is clarified that this Offer is only available for residents of the Republic of Cyprus. Primetel is entitled to assess the subscriber’s creditworthiness and solvency before the signature of any contract and in case that is considered unsatisfactory, the subscriber will not be able to benefit from this Offer.
7. The Offer does not include any one-off charges and/or monthly charges arising from usage, and/or additional upgrades that the subscriber may choose beyond the monthly charges of the basic package of the Offer
8. In order to activate the services, the subscribers will be charged with the relevant activation and / or registration fee as referred in the published pricelist of Primetel
9. The Offer applies as long as the selected combination of Internet and TV services remains the same for the entire Offer duration. In the event of a change of package the relevant Offer shall cease to be valid and the prices published on the Pricelist for Internet and TV services will apply. In the event, the Subscriber, during the contract, chooses to downgrade the Internet speed or the TV Package he / she has initially selected, he / she will incur an “Internet Speed Downgrade Administrative Fee” of 20 € including VAT and / or the “TV package Downgrade Administrative Fee” of 20 € including VAT respectively.
10. The Offer cannot be combined with other current Primetel’s Mobile, Home Internet and / or TV Offers.
11. After the expiration of Initial Contract Duration, the monthly subscription as stated in the subscriber's contract will apply.
12. The General Terms & Conditions for Service Provision (GTC) and the Specific Terms & Conditions for the GIGA UNLIMITED and International Traveller Plans (STC) apply. In case of conflict and/or discrepancy between the GTC/STC and these terms, the provisions of these present terms shall prevail.
13. In case of early termination of the Agreement for the Provision of Primetel Services, before expiration of the Initial Contract Duration, Terms for Early Termination of the Customer Service Agreement shall apply and the subscriber is obliged to pay, inter alia, the remaining value of any amount by which the latter has been subsidized by Primetel to obtain any equipment and/or goods. These amounts are calculated pro rata to the remaining term up to the end of the Agreement and the total duration of the Agreement.
